confession.
i'm a phishhead. i'm fucking ecstatic right now and i'm not even at fest8!

the bunny is a huge part of it, and not entirely in the manner you might normally believe. sure they play phish, but only at certain times: live sets and archive shows. that is it. the other hundred plus hours is everything-but-phish. at this moment one of the archive shows is on and i'm having my mind blown away, again, by classic versions of tweezer and ghost that i know well! it's a radio show, right? hmmm...

the first set starts in 3.5 hours from now. i wonder what they'll start with? it's the phishiversal question right now...that and what album will be played on halloween. as of this writing there are 8 albums left and they are each the names of 8 separate camps on site: genesis (the lamb lies down on broadway), david bowie (hunky dory), jimi hendrix (electric ladyland), king crimson (lark's tongues in aspic), mgmt (oracular spectacular), prince (purple rain), radiohead (kid a) and rolling stones (exile on main street).
out of this list i would much rather hear the radiohead.
